Dancers, Actors and Singers Welcome!
Individual Performers
Auditions from 11.00am, latest registration 1pm. Performers will need a CD with the appropriate sound or backing track. The performance should last between 2-3 minutes.
Groups
Auditions from 2pm, latest registration 3.30pm.
Dance groups are required to perform a 3 minute choreographed dance to 'You Can't Stop the Beat' from 'Hairspray'.

Alan Price Set

Boobs & Brass
The award winning girls of Boobs & Brass this year are proudly adding a touch of pomp and circumstance to their annual concert by presenting The Yorkshire Volunteers who will be enhancing their military band performance with their Fanfare Trumpeters and Drum Corp. The proceeds from this evening will be donated to the girls regular charity - Breast Cancer Campaign - researching the cure and also Help for Heroes.

The Way We Were
Wicksteed Park presents ‘The Way We Were’ to the Lighthouse. The show is best described as ‘a musical journey through the unforgettable sights and sounds of the 50’s and 60’s’.
Starting in the early fifties ‘The Way We Were’ highlights some of the most influential musical styles of the era such as Be-bop, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Skiffle, the 60’s revolution, Carnaby Street and Swinging London and the sounds of Tamla Motown. The show ends with everyone enjoying a little bit of ‘Free Love’ with the coolest sounds of the late 1960’s.

Aladdin
When Aladdin arrives at The Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering this pantomime season, expect a fantastic musical Show full of festive family fun in colossal quantities – with bucket loads of boos and hisses, huge doses of heckling ‘he’s behind you’, panto dames, and maybe even a wish or two from the Genie of the Lamp.
Opening on Friday 10th December and continuing until Sunday 26th December, more than 25 festive performances are in store for audience members at The Lighthouse this year.
Expect to see a flying magic carpet, marvel at a host of magic tricks, watch out for Abanazar (played by DAVID VAN DAY – the man we all love to hate!) and Widow Twankey’s shenanigans. Join Aladdin on his journey from rags-to-riches – defeating the evil Abanazer and winning the heart of the beautiful princess along the way.
With a live band and a host of other familiar faces, this year’s pantomime cast promises good old fashioned family entertainment fit for all ages, a trip to The Lighthouse shouldn’t be missed.
