    Exchange or Refund
  1. Please check tickets on delivery, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date
  2. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled.

  3. Cancellation of Event
  4. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation.

  5. Admission
  6. Lighthouse reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations

  7. Lost or stolen tickets
  8. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

  9. Latecomers
  10. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

  11. Right to Vary Performance
  12. Tickets are sold subject to Lighthouse right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

  13. Prohibited items
  14. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones, dogs (except enabling dogs) and patron’s own food and drink is prohibited.

  15. Seating
  16. Lighthouse reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

  17. Personal Property
  18. Lighthouse accepts no responsibility for any personal property.

  19. Children
  20. Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the auditorium unless stated otherwise (i.e family shows, see show details). For fire safety reasons all children aged 2+ must have their own seats, on selected shows ‘baby in arms’ tickets can be purchased (children under 2) from the box office
